Proposal Details
This is one of a series of proposed tweaks to the Spy system to polish the new version.

Proposal: Reduce cost of the Pilfer Religious Relics Spy Mission from 1000 to 750.

Rationale: This mission is simply too pricey for its NP cost. Even at 750 it may still be too expensive but this gives it a possible niche.

Proposal Details
Current Pilfer Religious Relics:
Steal 50% :c5faith: Faith per turn from the Target City. -50% Religious Pressure emitted by the Target City. Lasts for 15 turns.
Cost: 1000 NP

Proposed version:
Steal 100% :c5faith: Faith per turn from the Target City. -100% Religious Pressure emitted by the Target City. Lasts for 15 turns.
Cost: 750 NP

Hopefully strong enough to be worth going for.
Note that -100% pressure likely won't reduce emitted pressure to 0 due to additive properties.
