I know that Baghdad did have over a million inhabitants. The issue is that actually
giving that population to ANY city would be a MAJOR headache for happiness.

I use Windows 7 and when I extract from 800_ad.zip in my Maps folder, all I get is the map. Then I get on the game and I choose that map and click Load Scenario, but all I get is a regular game starting in 4000 BC.

I find it hard to believe that he did, perhaps he accidently unclicked it or just
clicked select civs, happened to me afew times. Now if he DID click load scenario.
Then I have no idea how to help, I only have 2 mods, legion mod and no mantenance.
