This is rather finicky, but do others agree that a "Close" button is needed within the World Congress window? (Instead of having to click on the small "Close" text near the bottom of it, if using the mouse only.)
I believe a great majority, if not all, of the other windows within the game feature a nicely-sized close button for better interface functionality.
When I first played BNW and entered the World Congress window, I remember a bit of awkwardness as I instinctively lowered my mouse pointer towards the lower area and was looking for the usual close button to quickly click, until I had to use a tiny bit more effort to hit the small close text. (Also, I'm not clumsy with the mouse or use a clunky one either; I can easily get monster Disc Dash scores.

Since it's turn-based, I usually play Civ in a casual manner -- sitting back and just using the mouse, maybe a coffee in my other hand, or doing the Al Bundy pose, etc.
Basically, I'm not sitting in my usual upright position and using both hands as I would when I play RTS or MOBA games.
"Reset Delegates" can be moved to the right of "Commit Delegates" and a "Close" button can be placed in the leftmost position. Another option would be to just remove the "Reset Delegates" button (since, all you have to do is close the window and open it again anyway).
Does anybody else feel the same way? Again, it's just a small, finicky issue.
