A modern world

Is there a map or scenerio that has a replica of the modern world with all most or all civs for bts?

there are alot of earth maps that are great but for the game i have in mind i need an entirely modern world, I would use ryhes but that can be rather unpredictable.

There are very few modern world scenarios because except on powerful computers, they take alot of power and the game goes slowly.
