A multiplayer tier list?

Hi all. So lately I've been asking about a lot of my favourite civs.

Well I decided just to ask if there was a tier list you guys had for what civs are great in multiplayer and what are not. I get very curious about the competitive scene and would like to see what works for civs in multiplayer and what doesn't.

I've already asked a few people already and if you see this I thank you. I just wanted to gather a bunch of opinions in one place.
