im trying to put together a mod the thing is i have never made one before and i think i might be taking on a little too much. The idea is to intergrade drugs into the game for this i would like to add 1. new resources 2. new civics and 3. new techs 4. a couple of wonders or city improvements(maybe)
the idea would go something like having 3 new resources. Opium, Coca, and hemp. i think for the positive effects i would like to add +1 commerce and + 1 health for each new resource connected to the city. For negetive effects i think i would add +1 unhappiness (or whatever lol)
the +1 health would come from a new tech. probably something like modern medicene the +1 angery wold come from the crime that would come from the drug trade. The + 1 commerce would obiviously come from selling these resources as phamacueticals and stuff.
For the civics i would like to add a new option called "cartel." When you converted into this new civic it would give you the bonus of -50% warweariness, +2 commerce on top of the existing +1 commerce. On the other side it would add +1 angery face. And if i could i would like to add a negetive sway towards other civs who werent under cartel.
For a new tech i would just like to add the tech Mordern Medicene or Pharmacueticals which would add +1 health with any of these resources.
Im not sure what i would i want to add for wonders, maybe for city improvements underground drug exchange adding +1 commerce in the city its built. Maybe for a wonder called Legalized Drugs putting a drug exchange in every city in Civ.
