Is it possible to sort of create your own starting solar system? As in make what types of planets you want, if they have moons or rings or not, the color of the sun, etc?

There is a way. Search the forums for something like FF solarsystem and you should fine the link. Its a huge complicated process. I tried it and can't do it even though I followed the coding step by step. My suggestion is to just forget about it. Sorry if this is no help
