A question about the editor, plase help!

I have a map of, lets say Europe of size 120x190, if I want to make it 100x150, how can I do it?

I don't think the editor has a "resize" feature... You would have to convert it into a .bmp, then use some utility to convert it back into a .bi(c, x, or q).

If you want to crop it, turn grid coordinates on (View -> Grid Coordinates), and then hit F12 and enter the dimensions of what you want to crop.

Yes, you need to select an active player (the shield-ish button) and then the button that looks like a bunch of huts.
