A question about the guild of hammers

I just built the Guild of Hammers, and it appears that my engineer specialist is still just producing 3 hammers. I thought they were supposed to get +1 hammer. Is this a problem with my install, with my version (0.41n), or is the bonus just not displaying where I think it should?

a basic engineer specialist produces only 2
a priest 1 and 1
an unspecialized : 1

so with 3 , you got your +1....
(save if you are sidar.... only the sidar get 3 as a base for engineers. so with guild it should become 4)

Don't I feel the fool. I checked the Civilopedia after I built the guild, and it said engineers produced 3 hammers. I didn't realize wonders updated it.
