A simple question

Does anybody know if there is a way to make civ2 mods playable
in civ3???

or if there is a way to alter them in order to do so (for example if there is a program that does this)

I doubt it, but I'm not very knowledgeable on the subject. You'd probably get a better answer if you asked it in the Creation & Customization Forum.
