A Wonka Civ

I know All you creators are busy with more straightforeward additions to the game, but how about someone taking some poetic license and creating a Wonka Civ, with an army of Oompa Loompas?
While I would not consider it as my everyday game, it would be give me great joy to watch Gandi get a pie in the face from a Wonka-Pult.

And of course the Great Wonder - Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory. Increases happiness of 2 citizens by 1 level for all cities.


The special could be just that - Wonka Catapult. Give it same stats as Artillery, that would mean it could actually score kills instead of just wounding, on the 2 and 3 defense early units, and be viable right up to modern.

Since bombing weapons are of questionable usage anyways, that wouldn't be so overpowering.

The ruler would be Willy, and they would be Industrious and Scientific.
