You forgot: Beat them into submission until they give us a bunch of stuff.

I think we should just get rid of them.... They'd be an ugly reminder of the war if we kept 'em alive.

Or we can beat them to a pulp, throw them into a wall repeatedly. If they still don't wanna die we keep throwing them into the wall again and again and agian, etc.

anoher option would be:
stop with only 1 city of them left, take all they have, then declare war again after 20 turns to destroy them.
