* Editor: Added Accelerated Production to Game Settings list on Scenario Properties. It defaults to OFF.

* Added Accelerated Production rule to player setup screen. It defaults to OFF.

The player setup screen brought it to my attention. Can anyone cast some light on it? It sounds self explanatory, but it's not. Does it apply to all civs in a game, or just the human player?

EDIT: Ok, this is cool. My first warrior produced in only three turns.
 
All civs. It cuts the shield and food costs of everything in half for the entire game.
 
it makes game 2 times faster, just rush into military production, and they all (enemies) are dead.
 
What I like about it is you can easily keep up with the latest improvements etc so you can also build more military units between techs, and you actually have a chance to play around with warriors(example) before swordsmen come rushing along.
