Add Leaderhead

Ok, I downloaded the Hitler leaderlead. Now I need some help to add it to the game. Where do I put the files?

Trusting that you'll never post in the wrong forum again, I give you the answer: look at the Installation section of the File Database entry of the leaderhead.

I'm assuming that you're referring to the completed LH, not just the graphics.
