Adding a warming up weather system for FfH2?

One of the things that has bothered me in FfH games is the static nature of tiles. While the Fantasy mapscript creates a nifty starting scenario with ice and snow in random locations, the lack of change bothers me a bit (that and bananas growing on snow). I was really impressed with the blizzards in Age of Ice and I was wondering if the devs have plans for a blizzard system or a global warming system for Age of Rebirth?
 
Yeah, unless somebody else decides to put together a scenario for us to use this effect. I've been wanting it ever since starting FfH, so I've been considering doing it myself, but my time is so limited these days that I doubt I'll be able to take the time to do so.
 
I thinki it might be better implemented though rituals. Several civs (like the Clan, Malakim, and the Infernals) would have rituals that warms up the earth (and possible have special effects), while the Illians (and maybe Doviello) would have rituals that try to return the days of everlasting Winter. It might be nice if the Sheaim were given a ritual for each effects, so they could decide weather the earth should end in fire of in ice.

Personally though, I would love it if there were rather random weather changes that these rituals would only influence. Ice shifting positions and surrounding would be great, especially if Illian units were allowed to move through it freely.
