Adding Citizens

I want to add 3 new citiznes, Actor, Researcher, and IRS agent. They would be double what the earlier versions are (i.e. actor makes 2 happy, etc)

Problem is getting the icos to appear in the city screen.

Any suggestions?

I see, the game reads the file as such: when it gets to the bottom of the special citizens, it goes to the top of the next row, so if you shifted that next row down, you could get the stuff you want in there, though it would mess up everything else.
