Adding downloaded civs

Ive downloaded a few civs from the download database for CIV 4 but i dont know how to put them into the game

Can any one explain how i do that?

and one other question,

how do i get into the world builder?

For world builder it's just Ctrl-W in game. as for the downloads they should have come with a readme file to say how to. Guessing that Civ Modders are the same as anyother Modding group.

You might want to check the Tutorials subforum for installation guides. There's also a brief description to installing mods here. Essentially, keep the mod's folder system intact and make it a subfolder of the game's /MODS/ directory.
