[GS] Adding great works of writing to libraries and universities?

Could I request a mod that add great work of writing slots to universities and libraries?
I have tried to do it myself for 3 days with no luck. I just want to hold more art without having to place down too many cities and it feels thematic to have books inside those buildings.
