Adjusting turn-timer on existing pitboss games?

I heard there was a utility that would allow a game admin to adjust the turn time limits on an in-progress pitboss game, can anyone point me to it or let me know how to do it?

Just keep in mind the new turn timer kicks in on the *next* turn.
