Advance and Money without paying anthing

Well, I don't know I am the first who discovered this, but. when you play in emperor and deity mode, you wil see that the ****ing civilizations find the advance very quickly. you can not race with them about advance.
so, I don't pay any money to my ****ing scientists and save my money. but I look for the advances of the other civilizations especially scientists ones and when anyone finds a new advance, I buy it from him and sell it to the other civs. As a result, I will be technologically advance and rich as Bill Gates. moreover, everyone is polite toward me and sometime gracious.

Anyway, I hope you understood. because, my english sucks. and one more thing that I hope is this is a new thing for you.

hi! actually I don't care the soccer games. but may be we should win, I don't kow. on the other hand, you guys are the professional of the world cup games and truely it was yours. Congratulations!
Anyway, I didn't know it was a off-topic. because I am new in this game. before 4-5 months, I really didn't like the computer games. especially, the boring strategic games. but here I am. I know, this is not a personal chat board. so, I shut my mouth up

This strat works well only if you are able to broker the deals as you say. 1st you have to know all the other civs and early. Sometimes this is not possible until later, e.g. island maps and even continents. The AI values some techs very highly (like Fudalism) and I have found that often I fall behind at this point ("wouldn't be prudent"). The AI will not sell me it, and then I can't broker it, and I fall behind in techs untill later in the game, or I go to war. Once you break the chain you are screwed (or if you don't find most others for a while and they are all way ahead already). Of course being Scientific yourself helps this problem. But I tend to play Diety with random civ and map.

how can you trade later techs if they need the other techs for you to even see that you have them? Unless you mean techs that don't need anything else.
