Advanced settings for earth mod?

Hi, I recently downloaded the true location mod and the legendary earth mod and it seems that although they do seem to be quite promising, I am unable to change the advanced settings when I am playing these scenarios? Are there any mods or updates of these mods that allow me to play with the advanced settings? I basically want to turn some victory conditions off so that I can play a domination only game (cmon we've all done it before).

Any links or information is appreciated, I loved the 18 civs scenario in civ 4, picked up civ 5 in the steam summer sale and am looking forward to recreating this scenario in civ 5.
