Currently I am playing a game with around 10 civs. When I press F4 to go to diplomacy advisor, not all discovered civs are listed. It shows some question mark spaces and even some blank spaces. When I try to click on a blank spot, it gives a civ that is already there on the screen. Is there any way to fix this? Or do you have to click on the little D button in the corner to talk to certain civs?
