Affinity cost XML ?

    Hello,
    I play on Civilization BE Rising Tides
    I wanted to know how to modify the number of necessary points to gain levels of affinities for so, for example, to have only a single affinity, I tried a trick with the file CivBEAffinities.xml but that did not work.
    Thank you for your help and saddened for my average English I am French ^^

    It's the right file, but you probably edited the wrong right file.

    For Rising Tide you must edit the filed in the DLC-Folder, in this particular case:
    Sid Meier's Civilization Beyond Earth\assets\DLC\Expansion1\Gameplay\XML\Misc

    If you edit the one in...
    Sid Meier's Civilization Beyond Earth\assets\Gameplay\XML\Misc
    ...you will change the value for the base game only.

    That's true for all files that exist in both folders, only if the DLC-Folder doesn't have a particular file does the game use the non-DLC one when you're playing with the expansion.

    Ahhh thank you I am going to try at once

    (edit) : Good at fact I am willing of the help to modify the file XML because all that I arrive has to make it is to increase the cost of quite the affinities at the same time
