was this a serious attemt for a scenario?
I played as Diety as the Taliban ,and half of my army was disbanded and my city's were short in food.
Actually ,that looked pretty realistic.

I released my first scenario (BAQ) but only after I worked through every article in the tip section at S-League (at the time I didn't know about civfanatics). It was mostly based on elements from MOOjr.

While I don't want to comment about the screenshot, technically ninja doesn't release his scenario until he submits it for posting in the downloads section. Putting that aside, the preferred (but not enforced of course) mechanism is to first ask a fellow novice to try your creation and give comments rather than attaching them in a post and asking everyone to try it. The idea is for the majority of the people to play only the final best version.

In the old days we couldn't attach files. Ah those were the days of Temba and Blackclove.
