I am having problems with the Africa scenario I downloaded (see attached). The scenario is great, but you can only play the British. If you start on any other player, after the first turn, you are automatically switched to the British! I can't find anything untoward in the rules file or elsewhere. Has anybody else had this problem & come up with a solution? Thanks.
