AI and Player Equal footing

Hello. I’ve looked around a bit but I either can’t find what I’m looking for or it doesn’t exist.
Maybe someone here can help.

Are there any mods out there that completely put the player and the AI on equal footing? No AI bonuses/penalties or player bonuses/penalties.

I think what you're looking for may be HANDICAP_NOBLE?

Ie: at the noble difficulty level, there is very little difference between player and AI handicaps.

There may still be a handful (I haven't checked) that reflect some flaws in the AI, but they are relatively minor.
