I don't play often, but I've noticed a lot of bugs with diplomacy.

For example, Arabia denouncing me for occupying their cities.
1) I did have one city at one point, but they ceded it in peace. They still denounced me several times.
1a) Around the same time, I had reconquered my original city that they took from me. That could have also been triggering the feeling but...
2) Eventually I lost both cities due to loyalty, and they eventually took it over one again (the other I razed after taking over the free city).
3) For the most part, they drove me off of the continent. I still control two cities there, but they have all been mine, and they have never changed hands.
4) They declare a war of reconquest against me. This shouldn't be possible, since I do not own any cities that they ever owned (while they control two of mine).

That is certainly a bug.

I have a number of other issues, like the extreme, and never ending nature of grudges. After multiple declares of war from Arabia and Japan, I eventually decided to cut my losses and settle elsewhere. The AI should also, eventually, let go of their grudge. I realize that isn't a bug, but more of a game play style choice, but it is still irritating. Does anyone know of a mod that attempts to correct diplomacy oddities like that?

Ad. 1. "Cede" feature hasn't been doing what it is supposed to do since like ever?
Ad. 2. Razing a city gives you a permanent negative modifier. Permanent because, well, you cannot "undo" the razing. The question however is if doing this to a free city also counts. The game certainly remembers who the original owner of the city is.
Ad. 4. Seems like a bug.
