[GS] AI GDR

Anyone else have experience with the AI using the GDRs? I just had a betrayal emergency scenario where the entire world needed to capture my capital. My next door neighbor America had quite a few GDRs walking around so I figured that might become interesting. I only had two.
He moved his GDRs into my territory but they did absolutely nothing, they didn't attack the capital that was near the border nor any other cities, they didn't fire at my GDRs. It was a turkey shoot, I just destroyed them 1 by 1, sometimes they didn't even bother moving away. And of course they had -15 from insufficient uranium.
That was a big letdown really. Worst part maybe was another betrayal emergency triggering against the Ottomans that everyone supported and that forced all of them into peace with me.

I have fought other GDR's before, but in their territory, not mine. But yeah it doesn't seem they are very aggressive with them. If he had ganged up 3 or 4 of his GDR's on one of mine I would have been toast. But that never happened. But they did attack me, but generally only 1 per turn.
