In this save, on the previous turn my Chariot by the Gold captured a Worker. That's fine, but this turn, another enemy Worker is building a Farm right next to my Chariot. I don't have a save from the previous turn.

Oh. Was that the case in Warlords too?

I don't remember for sure whether the Worker was already there, but I think I remember seeing it last turn, and right now it has only 4 turns to complete the Farm.

Also in regard to what you said, it's not being threatened by the second move of my Chariot. My Chariot moved LAST turn. This turn my Chariot has both of its moves.

Ainwood, I've noticed that the workers AREN'T retreating, if I play single-player again I'll grab a save.

In the past the AI wouldn't get workers captured unless on border and I go to war. But in BTS the ai workers have continued to work tiles as my army approach and lost them to chariots, they ain't retreating.

This IS a bug and needs dealing with.

Which I why I noted it (see the AI Issues thread) - but I was just trying to get clarification on the circumstances. I had noticed that they don't retreat when they can be grabbed by a 2-move unit, and also when a single move unit can run down a road. But the more info, the better.
