Destroyed the defenses of the Dur-Sharrukin tile and occupied it. The next turn the AI created a copy of the wonder on a different tile. Screen shot is after fully capturing the city. Game save is a 1 turn after the duplication before capturing the city. I don't have a save from the turn immediately before this happened..
