Is it normal that after you Nuke the AI they never recover thier city after it?
I nuked a city early in a game and about 100 turns later I went to it. And it was still destroyed. It had zero health zero defense.
And everything outside the area was still destroyed.
The civ in question has about 12 other city's.
But they just never recover.
My ally had a city nuked and the same thing with there's at least 80 turns later and it's still destroyed.
