AI not Doing Techs?

I am about 200 Turns in and i just realized that the next technologically advanced civ is 49 techs behind me?!?!?!?!? all i have to say is WAT.... :D i have no idea what happened and is this a problem?

Are you using the original version of the mod or one of the rebuilds? I had had some similar issues with the first version. I am currently on around turn 260 of a test game and at most I have between 8 and twelve techs other civs don't, and most have several that I don't.

There is a mechanic in the mod that allows for reverse engineering so each turn civs have the chance to learn techs others have to help them keep up. This seems to be working in the rebuild, so if you are using a rebuild version let me know, so I can look for the problem.

Ok seems i found the reason for this.

After looking on the communitas page, i figured out i handled the & for the Ai wrong.:sad:

If so the new version of CCTP will be a more challenging then any other before.
