Alcohol Without Liquid (AWOL)

Why would you not need to consume liquid?? I don't understand the need or the point of this at all.
No hangover, low (or no)calories. being that one bud has close to 150 calories. this would cut down on a lot of beer bellies.

I'm not fond of this idea. I like the taste of my alcoholic beverages too much.

What, if I may ask, do you drink?

The one website linked said that Absinthe worked really well. Here in Canada, it's like 80 bucks at the LCBO (liquor store). Apparently, you could get 50 uses out of one bottle. That alone would pay for itself

My friend got Absinthe off the net from over sea. he said it did nothing to him other then get him drunk. a $15 of vodak did just fine for him.

EDIT: Absinthe, i am thinking of the right stuff,.. right? the stuff that is illegal here in the US and messes you up in the head?

It depends on the thujone content. Here in Ontario, it's one third the content legal elsewhere and I have to say, it's a nifty, drink. It's not worth the 80 bucks though. If it were the type legal in the EU (3.5x as much thujone) I'd reconsider.

re your edit. Yeah. It's legal to import for personal use but illegal to sell.

ahhh maybe thats why my friend told me that it didn't do anything for him, needed more thujone (??)

More likely than anything, it was fake.

Vodka, rum, tequila, sometimes gin, beer, wines of various brands and types. At least, so far.

Enjoyment and gin shouldn't be in the same sentance.

Mostly in the form of gin and tonic, but I enjoy nonetheless.

I suppose there might be some market for this product...those who want a buzz, but don't care about how quickly it comes or taste and want to watch calories. It's probably a larger niche than we all realize.

Lies!
Gin is a God among drinks (but is outranked by Jaeger)

In any casem what does this do that intravenous insertion can't?

Eh, I can take anything stright but gin.
:scared:

Since the booze gets into your system faster you will stop getting drunker as soon as you stop breathing the mist. If you stop drinking and go straight home to bed you are still absorbing booze for some time.

Seems to me this way you get just as drunk while you are "drinking", but with less alcohol. Never heard of this before, sounds interesting.

Hmm this sounds pretty good. I basically only drink beer and often find myself stopping to drink earlier than I would want to ( :) ), simply because I can't take anymore liquid. This could be a solution..

Oh, as for my favorites, living in the vodka belt, vodka of course. Followed by whiskey and rum. I also drink lots of beer and long drinks (a Finnish speciality).

I've seen you write it a number of times, but are you just typoing "Vodka" or is Vodak something completely different?

Yeah we do, great that you like it. It's the most famous Finnish vodka. In Finland Koskenkorva is the most popular brand, which is the same as Finlandia but with a slightly lower proof. It is definitly my favorite vodka too.

The Finlandia brand has been bought by American Brown-Forman, but it's still produced in Finland.

Ok cool, as long as it's being made in Finland still, i'll be happy.
