So, I've created a mod for Civilization BNW. Problem is, NONE of my nations appear to show up in the mod. I could use some help getting this off the ground.

EDIT: The nations don't show up at all in the drop down menu in-game. The MOD is far from complete, as far as the scenario goes in world builder is concerned.
