Ok, I shall set up a poll.

I think that we can get the fine details over with after the results are in (I will run it for 7 days). By fine details I mean things like:
Should the pres' choose his/her own advisors and if not should we vote for new ones each term?

Do we go parliamentary or cabinet...

I'd say a cabinet system (the Pres selects the advisors) would be preferable.
