Allow to trade X resources per turn for X gold

Hi,

Now that we have resource accumulation and units that consume resources each turn, it would be great if we could make trade deal where we buy/sell X resource each turn for X gold per turn.

For example, 5 oil per turn in exchange for 50 gold per turn.

This would allow much better trade deals and make it much easier to play the game without having to constantly ask AI to sell you resources.

And makes you think twice about buying resources and then declare war on the seller

The whole immediate exchange thing I dislike as it causes a lot of abuse. Trading in general has caused such crazy abuses in this game and continues to.
Per turn trades to me feel right and as said are a great mechanic, I now have oil but if I war too much they will stop giving me oil by declaring a military emergency.
