Alt-tab problems

There seems to be general problem with screen priorities. If you alt-tab out of the game while screens other then the main screen are up then you are in trouble. When you alt-tab back part of the screen is *hidden*. If you look at the black box you will see that I *can't* click Farewell. I already had to reload a game after computer starting diplomacy as the game would *not* let me offer peace and I got stuck with a war. I had the same problem with exiting the technology screen as the exit button got hidden.

yes, I have this happen when I alt-tab out then come back in. You can still select the option you want w/by using the up/down keyboard arrows to select what you want usually, then once you do and you are in the next screen, all is well again. Occasionally that don't work either, in which case you can at least just hit 'escape' and it seems to choose 'farewell', so at least you aren't accidentally declaring war or some such.

I think the tool-tip bug is related (tool-tips stop showing up intermittently, right when you are presented w/a choice of a new tech or building or unit to pursue and want the info to help decide which one). I say this because when the tool-tips stop working as you try to mouse over, say - a tech, then you get mouse-over info for the land tiles still from the map which is way in the background behind the tech window, just not from the tech. Its like the window that is up front as far as we see, is not the window that's up front as far as the game is concerned.
