altar of the luonnotar?

I have been playing as the Ljosalfar, good aligned, and I have spent a lot of time and energy going through the various stages of the Altar of the Luonnotar. I just spent around 60 turns building the last piece, Altar of the Luonnotar (final). It says that if I build this I win the game, but when I built it nothing happened except that I started a golden age.

what gives?

also, do the altars count towards your national wonder limit per city? i built 2 national wonders in one city and i noticed that it was still letting me build more. did the national wonder limit get changed from vanilla( 2 per city as i recall)? or was it maybe because i was playing kuriotates? it would be logical for them to have a higher limit, though what is that limit?

You probably have the altar victory turned off under victory conditions.

I think they got rid of the national wonders per city limit pamme.

The National Wonders limit used to be 4 in an early version of FfH 2, or maybe that was FfH. But now its unlimited as you say.

I did a normal game, not a custom game, and I didn't get the option of turning off the altar victory.

huh, maybe the altar victory is off by default in the normal game.

Play custom games, they are far superior.

Well then I'm going to declare myself the winner. Turns take far too long now and I don't like the map so much anymore. Yay me!
