I like razing Fort Albany because it presses too much against New York & Boston. NY & Boston are already too close together, and Fort Albany makes it tougher. Generally even with razing Fort Albany, the copper is still within my cultural borders, so I'm still getting the production boost from it.
As for the Tanks & Infantry, I barely get Infantry by the time I need to start invading the middle east. As for Tanks, I usually never end up even getting that far, let alone having them by 1930.
That being said, next time I'll try waiting until 1910 or so and launch a coordinated attack to enact the Monroe Doctrine.
Thanks for the tips!
