Slowly working on this one. It is far from being finished, the two smaller centerpieces are just placeholders at the moment (no work done on them), and the Ziggurat is not complete either. The smaller houses are mostly done but i may add a few more details to them.

What do you think of the set? You can suggest ideas for improving it. Also if you have any nice-looking babylonian building to propose for the smaller centerpieces, i would be happy to see a pic of it ;)

I like it; I was wondering if the ziggurat was only going to be the centrepiece of the larger sized cities? I think it'd be too much for size one and size two cities.

I like the square form of the Byzantine set, but the Babylonian the rectangle form - not sure if it's better than the square. Quality of buildings is great, as always. :)

Thank you all :)

This is how it looks currently, still has work to be done in a number of places:

@Rob: this is the metro, the smaller towns don't have the Ziggurat ;)

The reason the shape of the metro looks a bit different than the Byzantine one is mostly (95%) the position of the Ziggurat. It would not work if i tried to place it like the Hagia Sophia, too many areas would have remained as simple sand terrain, and the metro looks better this way. Moreover not all the metro sets will look utterly the same in regards to the positioning of the main monument, and also to some degree the size #2 monument too...

The textures may change- particularly the main texture of the monuments.

I gathered this was the metro version - and you're right to place the ziggurat where you have. There's some sort of optical illusion when you look at the two metros - by which I mean that it's clear they're the same width, but the Babylonian one looks wider - perhaps because of the main building placement?

Thank you both, however i now hate the ziggurat :/

Ideally i would prefer to use the Almohad centerpieces i have, and turn this into a moorish set, however the houses will have to change a bit...
