Hey Guys ~
We need some BIG
discussion on this topic.
I know which way I want to go, but I will try and be neutral in presenting the facts so collectively we make the right Descision.
FACTS:
So.....we have an interesting decision with regards to Angle. If it doesn't grow by the end of t95 we have to decide wether to raze it and replace it with the current settler heading down there, or to keep up the stake out and build the blocker city first.
At the end of turn 95, the worker CK is building will finish, and we can either build a fourth worker (overkill for a single city) or we can build a settler. The settler would be finished by t99 (see item #6 above). If in the mean time we captured Angle, we could divert that settler somewhere else without the workers to support it (gems would be ideal, it can work the gems tile until we get workers out to improve it), otherwise we could replant Angle on turn 104.
Afterwards we could get another worker or three depending on the situation down there.
So what Do we do?

FACTS:
- Angle Still hasn't grown (T92)
- Kaz Has Still not shown up
- We have 2 Axemen inside the borders.
- We have 1 Spearman on the way (EoT T99ish)
- We have 2 auxilliary Axemen WoodsII & III One Going North one Going South
- My Initial Calculations has Angle Growing at T97 worst Case scenario.
- If we Raze the city it is in Anarchy for 3-5 turns So City is up and running worst Case T102.
