Annoying bug - ask for new orders after construction

C3C suddenly decided to not let me choose what to build once a city is done. It chooses automatically for me, which is incredibly annoying. And not only that, when i choose "Wealth" it changes back to something else the next turn!

I have checked for "Ask for build orders after construction" but that does absolutely nothing. Any ideas?

Would you by any chance happen to have the governer set to manage production?

in the prefs menu u can also set it to notify u everytime u build something new.

I also advise not building wealth, it is more cost effective to build a unit and then disband it in another city to speed up production there, or just use the units for warfarre.
