New models for three antiquity buildings were added with patch 1.3.0 but oddly enough only for... Hawaii, an exploration age civ (no, Tonga doesn't use them).

I think tagging the buildings that you had modeled just for that civ, and then using your eyeballs to see if they were showing up has nothing to do with bugs.
