[BNW] Any Custom Civ Templates for Civ 5 Modding?

I'm trying to find a template that's easy to learn and use for Civ 5 modding, as I want to make a custom civ. Does anyone have an idea on where I can find one?

Modders Guide to Civilization V

It's a massive document so it may take a while to load. I would highly recommend you save it local. ATTENTION, this guide is not anymore up to date, many parts are outdated. Not all is outdated, many things are still worthwile to read, but not everything. So if you have problems following...

I would also strongly suggest looking at some of the wide range of modded civs out there to get an idea of how things should look - this is how I learnt to mod way back when and is a great way to get a feel for things (but obviously won't show some of the stuff that goes into building it!)

There are also a few more resources out there and places to help get support, here being one of them and the civ 5 modding helpline on discord being another
