Any Earth "High Sea Level" Map already? (NatGeo)

Latest issue of NatGeo Mag (Sept 2013) has a detailed map of:

How the world would look like if "all the ice on land had melted," resulting in a sea level rise of 216 feet.

I cant seem to find that image online, but the map of all the continents is on a fold-out after page 42.

I've attached a map based on the Earth 18 Civs map that represents a world that's about 6 degrees warmer (High sealevels, more plains and desert but an ironic yet scientifically correct green Sahara, no ice).
