Chieftain
Hello. My question is not going to be well-defined, more like asking for general information related to the topic, sorry!
When working with custom maps, civ allows me to set up scenarios with fixed starting locations and just about everything, including specific city states. Has anyone explored the code behind the "read scenario data, implement it ingame" -mechanics?
If so, I'm interested in hearing whether you know about this: as normal advanced setup only lets me control the amount of city states, not the types, would it be possible to use scenario code to implement an advanced setup which lets me even define which citystates are in play?
And this: Where are these code snippets located? I haven't yet started looking; if someone could direct me in the correct direction, I could cut potentially an hour off from boring searching.
