Well I am at least a Newbie to CIV II TOT Multiplayer.
I am looking for people (maybe Newbs too) for doing a little game and so I found this page by google.
At the moment I'm quit puzzled by how-to-find-some-players so please excuse if I missed any protocols or so on ...

All newbies should provide contact details ie icq, msn etc so that they can be contacted and also country of residence so that other players are aware of their timezone. If this information is not provided it becomes almost impossible to include them in games

I'm a 'newbee' to this site, never played a human opponent. Not even sure how to go about doing this. Was going to 'lurk' until I figured it out... but maybe some other 'almost newbee' might remember the frustration and help me through this process? I mean, I cannot imagine a host of guys sitting all night... is it played nightly until done? Like, everyone's assembled from 8:00pm to 10:00pm, or something? Wow, guess I am a newbee.

I'm sorry for not just deleting this post but the board won't let me so I am forced to just edit this post to say that I can no longer player Civ II MP with anyone because my older sister stole my copy of the game before I had a chance to install the patches to play without the discs.
