Any utility that estimates date of culture win?

I was wondering if there was a proggy that loads a save and extracts your current culture + current year and estimates number of turns and/or date of your potential culture win.

I'm sort of lazy, so I'd like a tool to do the work for me :D

If it doesn't exist, I'd try to make it. Should I even bother? Would anyone use it?

Well, you could always use a calculator :p

Nah but seriously I don't know about one but that would be pretty cool, since it could factor in stuff like culture doubling at 1000 year mark for each building and also check the other civs to make sure you have double what they've got, otherwise it delays the win till you do have the double. Maybe it could even have a little thing that asks an estimate of how many of the cultural buildings you'd like to build, which types, and roughly when they'd be built. Nothing too specific as I don't think anybody plans that attentively anyway, but something like:

I'll probably have (box in which to enter a number) more (drop-down menu of all culture-giving improvements) by (drop-down menu of years). EX: I'll probably have 7 more Cathedrals by 1825.

Then it would calculate all of this... Niiiiice....

I have already planned to introduce everything you stated in your post :D

I would have probably forgotten the double culture thing, thanks for reminding me.
