Anyone else not get the UA change from the new patch?

Edit: Okay, I have the UA change but I can't seem to use mods properly anymore. I'm trying to use the World @ War mod and trying to start as Germany but it keeps starting me as Greece. What's going on here? I hate patches.

Alright, I'm pissed @ this new patch. Seems that I cannot start as anyone else anymore whenever I click "load scenario" on a mod.

It depends from modder to modder.

Minimum several days, it depends upon the motivation level of the modder and the complexity of the patch. Fastest I've ever seen one is ~ 24 hours, more realistic avg from an active modder is about a week. Unfortunately, if it is from an INactive modder it will never be fixed and you either have to wait for someone else to come up with the same changes or figure out how to do it yourself. This happens every time there is a patch btw, same thing happened in civ4.

Right, most mods (and scenarios) will need to be updated by their creators to match the new patch. Depending on the size of the mods, this could take several days. Until then, you'll have to go without, and even after they're fixed to be compatible I'd expect a lot of balance problems; too much changed in this patch.
