Possible to have CP, Vox Pop, and TSL?

I'm trying to use various mods, including the Community Patch, Vox Populi, any of the Giant TSL maps, and a few others that seem neat (like for UI). So far I haven't been able to find a combination that works, just keeps crashing or listing only an odd grouping of civs (has Sumeria and Hitties, but no Celts or Rome).

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
